3. SMS Messaging Program

Our SMS program is operated under the brand name HIE DEFT and is registered with The Campaign Registry (TCR) for U.S. carrier compliance. By calling our business phone number, you consent to receive automated SMS messages from us in response to your call. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. You can request help by replying HELP to any message. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies based on your responses, typically 3-6 messages per qualification conversation.

4. Information Sharing

We share your information only with:

  • The business owner whose phone you called, so they can return your call and respond to your inquiry
  • Service providers who help us operate our SMS infrastructure, including Twilio Inc, who is bound by confidentiality and data protection obligations
  • Law enforcement or regulatory authorities when required by law

We do not share your phone number, conversation history, or personal information with advertisers or unrelated third parties.

5. Data Retention
