Overview

121 Innovations Inc operates an automated SMS follow-up service for missed phone calls under the brand name HIE DEFT. This page describes how the service works and how customers can opt in or opt out of receiving text messages.

How You May Receive an SMS From Us

If you call our business number at +1 (347) 751-6082 and we are unable to answer, our system will send you a single text message inviting you to continue the conversation by SMS. The first message reads:

“Hi, this is HIE DEFT. We just missed your call. Reply YES to get a text follow-up about your project, or STOP to opt out. Msg & data rates may apply.”

We will not send any further messages unless you explicitly reply YES (or one of the recognized opt-in keywords listed below) to confirm consent. If you do not reply, or if you reply STOP or NO, you will receive no additional messages from us.

Opt-In Keywords

Reply with any of the following to confirm you’d like to continue the conversation by text:

YES, Y, YEAH, YEP, SURE, OK

After you opt in, you will receive an automated confirmation:

“HIE DEFT: You are now opted in to receive text follow-ups about your project. Reply HELP for help, STOP to unsubscribe. Msg & data rates may apply.”

You will then be asked a short series of qualifying questions about your project (typically your name, the service you need, your budget range, and your timeline) so our team can prepare a relevant follow-up.

Opt-Out Keywords

You may stop receiving messages at any time. Reply with any of the following:

STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT, REVOKE, OPTOUT

You will receive a single confirmation message:

“You have successfully been unsubscribed. You will not receive any more messages from this number. Reply START to resubscribe.”

Help

Reply HELP or INFO at any time and we will respond with contact information and a reminder of how to opt out. For questions about this service, contact us at emma@121innovations.com.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your conversation with us. Most customers receive between 1 and 6 messages per missed-call interaction. We do not send marketing or promotional messages on a recurring schedule.

Charges

Message and data rates may apply. Standard messaging rates from your wireless carrier apply to all messages sent and received. 121 Innovations Inc does not charge a separate fee for SMS communications.

Supported Carriers

This service is supported on all major U.S. carriers including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, US Cellular, Sprint, Boost, MetroPCS, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy

Information collected through this SMS service is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell, rent, or share your phone number or message content with third parties for marketing purposes.
